The rooms were very clean, but they didn’t need to do some upgrades here and there. The stand out of the aristocrat is the amazing staff. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful during our stay. The location was outstanding as well.

☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable stay. The room was filled with a horrible sewage odor coming from the bathroom that spread into the entire room. The smell was constant and unbearable. We complained immediately, yet the only “solution” offered was chemical air fresheners, which did nothing to fix the problem. The odor remained for the entire stay. We also contacted Hotels.com and were promised a call back, but no one ever followed up. Paying $500 for two nights in a room with a severe sewage smell is outrageous. This room should not be rented to anyone until the problem is properly fixed.

Excelente ubicación a 3 min de la Mezquita Azul. La zona se siente segura de día y de noche. Habitación adecuada equipada con caja fuerte, baño correcto. Desayuno variado y de buen sabor. Personal amable, especialmente una de las personas de recepción (desafortunadamente no preguntamos su nombre).
