I had a lovely stay here. The location is terrific! You can walk to all the sites in Old Town. The room was nice and I had a nice little balcony. One of the best parts was the AMAZING rooftop terrace. The view is just stunning!

The place was spotless and the young man at the desk was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to help us. I was thoroughly impresses by him. The location was great. Easy sightseeing from here. Breakfast was different but mostly typical to the area. The only problem I had was there was not a shuttle that I thought was provided. Other than that it was great!

The room had a spectacular view of the Bosphorus Stait, the Bosphorus Bridge and the Galatea Tower among others. The Hotel was in walking distance to the restaurants, shopping and the port.

The staff was excellent & very helpful. The view from the rooftop deck was perfection!! Breakfasts were very good. It is a very short walk to the most important major places to see (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Egyptian/Spice Bazaar, several museums, etc). Easily walkable to restaurants & shops. Staff helped us take the train which was nearby. We also walked down & were able to hop on a boat to take a 1.5 hr tour on the Bosphorus.

Great location. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff could be more attentive and offer to prepare eggs, etc. instead of guests having to call them out of the back room to order. Tables should be cleaned as guests finish. When we arrived for breakfast at 9 a.m. most tables were covered with dirty dishes.

I enjoyed my stay in this Hotel, the staff is very nice and accomodating, they answered all my questions and even provided me with a universal adapter which I did not have. The rooms are clean, and in a safe area, walking distance to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. As a female solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable and would definitely stay here again if I go back to Istanbul. I would recommend improving breakfast selection, not much variety.

The staff were brilliant. Great customer service and very friendly. Very helpful. I stayed in room 201 with my brother. The twin beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom was small, but very cosy and clean.

Great Hotel with Perfect Customer Service
Staff were very helpful and very nice! Check-in was easy and we even got a room with a balcony which was unexpected! The hotel is perfectly located within easy walking distance to all major attractions in the area. The view from the top floor of the hotel is amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great little Istanbul Hotel
Hotel is conveniently located in heart of old city. Major attractions are all in walkable distance (Hagia Sophia is 5 minutes away) rooms are comfortable and housekeeping is awesome. Everyone at hotel is very helpful. Breakfast buffet is great. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here while visiting Istanbul. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even surprised my husband with a cake on his birthday! The location is perfect and it was easy to get everywhere whether walking, taking the bus, or taking the subway. If you're visiting Istanbul, I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

Amazing smaller hotel at the nice area with good service. As we had just one night at Istanbul before departure flight I choose it for good location. So I could show some of famous sites to children. Rooms are very clean and well equipped with beautiful views. And there are even better views from roof. You can also have breakfast on the roof. It's really nice start for the day. I also got free bottle of wine from the hotel and room upgrade as Hotels.com Gold client.

Stay could have been better
We booked a tripple room for me my wife and 19 year old son with a double and 1 single bed. In the pictures the room looks huge but in reality we couldnt put 3 suitcases on the floor around the room and even walk let alone 3 hand trolleys. The room should not be note than a double room with either 1 double or 2 single beds. We chise the hotel duebto the location but were extremely disappointed as to how it was rated a 4* hotel. Anotger thing is that it was average although the staff was very courteous and helpful. Another big put off was that we were told that the day before our checkout they will move us to another room as the room was booked for another slot after we leave. And were told we would be compensated- refund That was another put off. We then went and 2 days before we were to checkout inwent and booked a larger room in another hotel paying more than double the price to compensate for what the family went through. And when i came and informed the hotel that we will be leaving they made a ubturn telling us that we can stay in the same room. Neither they gave us a refund nor wanted to compensate in any way. We left the hotel 1 day earlier loosing the money. It was my 1st planned trip to turkey with my family if it wasnt the daily excursions and amazing experiences of istanbul, the hitel itself was enough to ake the trip a disastrous one. I would not rate it a 4* hotel at all. Its no more than a 3* I rather pay a few hundred more and live in a decent place.

I think that we managed to make you content with our service and showing you the Turkish Hospitality as always :) Regarding your issue that you mentioned; after you made your reservation, you contacted with us and sent this message ''BIGGER ROOM WITH A SEA VIEW IF POSSIBLE'' , although you booked a Standard Triple Room with City View. We considered your request and reserved our Deluxe Room with Sea View, which can accommodate 3 people, like the Triple Room. But, this room was available in first 4 nights and we informed you that we need to switch your room only in the last day, adding the information that we would keep it for you incase we receive a cancellation. Thanksfully, it happened and we received a cancellation and we informed you in your 3th day that there is no more a need to change your room. Regarding a compensation issue that you mentioned, there can't be a compensation issue in this situation, as there is not a lack of service, vice versa, we did a free room category upgrade for you, as a gesture beforehand. We wish that you wouldn't have reserved another hotel in your first day when you have been informed about the last night room change, as your room became available only after 2 days that you checked in. We would love to welcome you at our hotel again to compensate your negative experience with much better efforts of our staff.
