I immediately requested a room change and they were very kind and gave me a much quieter spot. Definitely call before and request a room away from the pool. "The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "
