The apartment was excellent for a family of 4 . It was very clean with all the appliances you would need to call it home. The process was simple and communication with a representative was excellent. Highly recommend.

We had to change rooms due to a few roaches. The first room the refrigerator did not work. The parking is very tight. The elevator Would work sometimes smh it was really hard with a walker and handicapped persons. Without the elevator it was a little of a safety issue for us. We did not have internet most of the days. Maybe 80% of the time no internet. No Netflix due to it being in other people accounts. So no tv. No hot water in the kitchen sink. However it was a very pretty unit. Close to beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores.

The elevator did not work, had to figure out how to get to the room using the stairs (not convenient with luggage). The apartment had roaches. We made sure to take trash out daily. There were not enough towels (only 4). Just felt surface cleaned.

Unit had ants , no washer and dryer, only 3 towels, couldn't sleep with spot light shining in bedroom window. Constant barking from dog in the neighbors patio and constant loud music all night. All the dishes in the cabinets were used and dirty. Parking was almost impossible in garage with nothing close to do.

It was a solitary building , we was the only g Family staying at the property , still is remodeling we found flying insects .. also there is not ac in the entire apt. The portables ac for the rooms areas not enough .. there is not good place to walk or have dinner … needs improvement 😢

The property is great but you have to be prepared for the heat. I did not know that most places don't have central heating or air. They provide A/C, but only in the 2 rooms. There is a ceiling fan in the living area but the circulation in the living area is one to be desired. The bathroom has no air circulation or ventilation and the water temperature will change while taking a shower. Overall the unit is great and I would stay there again. It sit about half way between Aguadilla and San Juan. Great if you want drive the Northern Coast line of Puerto Rico. Great find!!!

It was a nice place but maybe should have more towels also possibly folding chairs for guest to use at the beach since were traveling and guest don't usually have. Overall nice place I am already booking next trip.
