"Great value for the price. I was a little hesitant after seeing the mixed reviews but I’m glad I took a chance. The room and sheets were very clean. You can definitely tell it’s an old Holiday Inn but that’s not a bad thing. The bathroom was on the small side but the room itself was a good size. Great location near stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."

Staff was friendly and came quickly when called despite my not being able to check in until 1 a.m. The room had some wear but was comfortable, clean, and everything worked as it should. The location is very easy to get to and the views of the lake are very nice. I would recommend staying here even if it was more expensive, but since it was not, I would recommend staying here over any of the alternatives in Plattsburgh. "

"The house was roomy and very comfortable. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room for all of us in our party. We did have a problem overnight with the temperature dropping low in the living room, but the owners immediately addressed the situation and had a personnel on the property to fix the problem. They also brought us several space heaters to keep us warm while they fixed the problem. In all fairness, it was single-digit temperatures in December. Hopefully, we will make a return trip in the warmer weather."
