Parking was available, only parking card did nto work properly. Had to get them activated 2-3 times . Pool view was kind of okay, don't bother too much abt it. Pool ride was under renovation."

Air conditioning works. The complementary breakfast is terrible. Staff is not helpful. There is not too many amenities at or near the hotel. I recommend hotels at Condado instead. I do like the view however. There are better choices. There is a Fogo de Chao nearby. Other restaurants nearby are so so."
