"I wouldn't stay at this hotel again"

"MY room had MOLD all over the place, I took sheets of the just help housekeeping something I do at every hotel I say at. The cover that protects the sheets had several stained of BLOOD on them. Rust all visible on the Refrigerator, water knobs There was air all of the bedding. For the price I paid that was over $600 I was not expecting what I walk into. I will never stay there again."

"Customer service was subpar and communication was horrible. We requested a late check out through the link provided and still got kicked out. We were told it was not approved, then why was it offered??? We had to have housekeeping come in when we first arrived because the furniture had not been wiped down. All of the furniture had nicks in it like someone had a party and trashed the room. We took pictures just in case they tried to charge us. But the beds were comfortable and breakfast was ok."

"The signature villa is the best bang for your buck! Having access to the signature pool, signature fitness center and cafe were great. The two bedrooms were well stocked and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed having text access to the staff for answers to questions."

"Tener mejor atención al Cliente, los del staff sin ninguna sonrisa , muy serios y no explican nada bien y si te explican es de mala gana, se batalla bastante para poder entrar al cuarto , la alberca sin funcionar las fuentes donde purifica el agua y se veía llena de bloqueador solar flotando."

"Absolutely horrific. Not only a health hazard, but also a safety hazard. Mold on shower contain and ceiling. Hair on shower wall and in tub. Burnt food in microwave, wowed crusty stain in refrigerator. Water drains heat has been plastered over. Stains on sheets. Burn marks on curtains and blankets. Weird black stain on lamp shade. Door didn’t close all the way, and the addition lock was unusable. Since door didn’t close all they way, a piece of metal with holes cut in was used on the door jam. Light could be seen around the door. Early morning there was a bang on the door, when I walked out at 6am to leave there was vomit outside the door. Material torn of been and dust/dirt/stains in every surface. There were no towels provided"
