"Best hotel I stayed in during my whole trip to the Yucatan area. The hotel is guarded by security in the front and once in the courtyard, noticed a whole bunch of turtles on the property. The hitel is clean and refreshing and the staff was very friendly. The maintenance people were constantly working on the property, whether raking the sand or trimming plants. The hotel has a beautiful beach area as well as a pier you can walk right on, giving you access to Cozumels rocky and fish filled bottom for snorkeling. Had a great time and wish I stayed longer. "

"We stayed at this property a couple of months ago and had issues with the manager on checkin. We were not able to access the property until multiple requests. It was late, we were tired and she could not give us good information as to how to get into the property. During that stay a man entered the unit without notice alarming my 12 year old daughter. Bianca was very apologetic. It is a beautiful property and was new so I figured she was getting used to customer service. We tried again in July. Bianca is the managers name. I whatsapped her and texted her i was coming again with family the day before our stay. I had broken my phone on the day of checkin so I texted her on another phone. I told her who I was and that I needed the code to get in. It was ten o clock at night before she answered me and gave me the code. IT IS THE SAME CODE AS TWO MONTHS AGO. SO MUCH FOR SECURITY. It goes downhill from here. We lost power on multiple occasions. One time was CFE issue changing from them to the current owners. The others we had to call over and over again to find out why? We reset the breakers inside the unit to no avail. NO hairdryers being used, no clothes driers nothing. I could not figure out what to do and as usual Bianca was not helpful. Someone came by and showed me the main breaker outside. Did I mention one of the nights no water? Eight people, three toilets... cold showers! BAD STAY!!! A credit promised and not given... DONT STAY HERE! They just want your money"

"Our crazy family of 16, 10 adults and six kids, just stayed in this beautiful property of two homes for the past week. It’s so far exceeded our expectations that it’s hard to even describe. The homes are both absolutely lovely. The staff is so incredibly friendly, anxious to please, and great at their jobs. Even with 16 of us, we had rooms to spare. Every room has their own attached bath. The kitchens are large and very well equipped. Very large dining tables to seat an entire family. We Used chef service and it was absolutely unequaled. We did several breakfast, a pool service with drinks, and also a very nice dinner. These ladies & gentlemen worked their hearts out, making meals that were just out of this world. They were very accommodating to different dietary needs, and of course, all the kids and their requests. They spent hours cooking,serving the meal to the table and then cleaning up the kitchen. Don’t miss out on this service. The food was just FANTASTIC. Likewise, the groundskeeper does excellent job of maintaining pools and the grounds every morning early before we’re even up -making sure that everything is perfect. The cleaning staff is absolutely delightful, extremely responsible, and so incredibly honest that when I left a large portion of Cash behind accidentally, they contacted me to let me know that the cash had been found. Delightful people, gorgeous home, and Service unsurpassed."

"Casa Playa Cozumel exceeded our expectations. The private beach is beautiful, but what we appreciated most were the two pools—one for relaxing and another that was perfect for the kids. It gave us flexibility and peace of mind as a family. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable for a large group. Every area is thoughtfully designed for spending quality time together, and the staff was helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. It’s a great option if you’re looking for privacy, comfort, and a truly scenic setting."
