"Property was located half way between Ischia port and Ischia center making the walk to either very easy. Also the property was one block from bus stop. Two swimming pools on premises - one was thermal. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. The included breakfast had a large selection of items including fresh pastries. I highly recommend this property."

The views over Ischia and the Bay of Naples are breathtaking, the pools and spa facilities are world-class, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and elegant. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm and professional, but I want to especially recognize Gennaro, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. His attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. "A bit off the beaten path in Casa Micciola, this hotel was oustanding in every way. From decor( recently entirely renovated and it showed in glorious fashion. You felt like an honored guest Breakast buffet included plus eggs to order. The hotel offered shuttie & taxi service plus dining & bar at normal hours. The staff! "Excellent stay. This hotel consists of multiple buildings, in the area, so if you want to stay right next to the pool/breakfast area, you might want to call and ask which rooms offer that. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, the pools were lovely, and the beach shuttle was helpful. You can walk to the beach, but it's steep since Sorriso is at the top of a cliff (giving it excellent views). There are lots of shops nearby if you want to pick up some groceries, sunscreen, or souvenirs. Staff spoke good English and were helpful arranging taxis, providing recommendations, etc. Would definitely go back! "

"I liked the rooftop, the cocktail options on the rooftop, the breakfast pastries were divine, and the staff kind, professional and efficient. I witnessed the best lightening storm on the Sea from my room. So cool! The walls are thin so you hear your neighbor. Some ants and little nuisance bugs but that's Italy. "
