"Positive comments: The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was roomy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Other comments: I missed not having a mini bar. My sister and I arrived after 10 PM. We didn't get a chance to eat since noon. I didn't notice the snacks in the lobby until the next day. So, it's no a criticism of the hotel. Just a personal preference. I wished the hotel had a shuttle service to/from the airport or train. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the staff's helpfulness was much appreciated."

"For our purposes, this worked great. We were riding our bikes along the empire state trail from Buffalo to New York. We stayed here two days at the beginning of the trip to prepare for the ride and then one day at the end of the trip before we went home. Clean and comfortable, seems to be a safe and quiet neighborhood, close everything we needed it to be close to. My only criticism would be that the description does not mention that it’s a second floor unit over an apartment below. "Hello,I wanted to reach out regarding our recent stay because we were disappointed with several aspects of the property that were not accurately reflected in the listing.First, the house smelled strongly of cigarettes upon arrival, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the cleanliness of the property did not meet expectations.There was also a persistent beeping from the GFI outlet by the refrigerator that continued throughout the entire weekend and was never resolved.Parking was another major issue. The parking situation was very difficult, and I believe this should be clearly explained in the listing so guests know what to expect before booking.Lastly, the listing did not make it clear that this was a multi-unit property. That information would have impacted our decision when choosing a place to stay.I wanted to share this feedback because the overall experience did not match what was advertised, and I hope these concerns can be addressed for future guests.Thank you,"
