Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was ok. We stayed on the first floor and our 2nd night was horrible. No one slept. From 2am until 5am there were people talking loudly and laughing near the front desk. We called the front desk a couple of times to have the noise level addressed and it was met with “we don’t hear anyone, we checked.” So I’m almost certain it was the front desk agent hanging out with friends during their shift. I have worked for Hilton hotels before and this level of customer care was terrible.

staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were extremely spacious and clean. my only complaints were regarding noise: the guests across the room from us had younger children and at times, late at night you could hear the children yelling and parents talking to the children. my other complaint was the hot tub was closed during the duration of our stay and the main reason we booked was for the hot tub so that was disappointing. other than those two complaints the hotel was amazing and we will for sure return in the future.

This property is perfect for a few days stay. Extensive complimentary breakfast, free coffee tea and fresh lemon water all day. Close to absolutely everything, modern and clean! We went to the hockey game and it was less than 15 min away.
