"The property is just an eyewash and not worth a visit. I got a suite room with jacuzzi which as not properly prepared. The bath amenities were very bad quality. The tab had drainage issues. Nobody listens. The staff allocated me a wrong room and then they locked me out without even informing me. ..."

HTR Niagara
"I asked the property manager how old the cabins we were staying in were because it was so clean I thought it was brand new. I was told the cabin we were in was refurbished in 2019. 7 years ago! I was shocked, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Staff was friendly and helpful."
