The hotel was perfectly clean and quiet. The area around the hotel seems safe enough, but it's not very walkable. I've stayed a few times and never had any problem. Housekeeping and front desk.staff are friendly and helpful.

Very clean rooms. Updated and comfortable. Love that there is no carpet in the rooms as it usually creates a lot of dust. The front desk assigned me a room but it was not ready yet. She immediately reassigned and provided me with a complimentary breakfast (although I didn't use it as I had to leave). Fabulous stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Buffalo Marriott. The location is in a pretty and safe area of Amherst. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious and spotless. The hotel was in close proximity to many restaurants and the Hockey arena.
