"Staff was very nice and accommodating. Love the delicious cookies. Both pools were very nice and large. Fun cocktail bar at pool. Only drawbacks were that the bathroom in the room was small and the shower drain could not keep up with water flow. "

"Stayed here many times but this time room was not cleaned properly. The shower was nasty with hair everywhere. Thank goodness I travel with my cleaning tote hooray for Clorox. "

"The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean. Pool area is very nice. Definitely recommend taking the free theme park shuttle if you are going to Universal or Epic… however, not if you are going to Epcot! We were on the bus for an hour and a half before we made it to Disney, which was disappointing. But, not the hotel’s fault! Overall, a great stay and I will absolutely stay here again. "
