"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

"Well appointed, clean and comfortable flat on 2nd floor of historic building. We loved that it was away from the city but 1/2 a block from the tram stop, which goes right to the heart of Vienna. The flat is on the back of the building overlooking a garden courtyard. It was very quiet, however there is construction going on next to the building so we were unable to sleep past 7am. We are early risers but after traveling over 30 hours to get to Vienna, it would have nice to get more than a few...
