Room was semi-clean so that was a plus. The photos are not indicative of the actual spaces of the appt which is very intentional as the kitchen and bathroom are quite filthy and under constructions. We had a major concern about cigarette smell upon arrival host company was quickly responsive and just told us to open a window however we had the windows open for 2 hours with no luck so they "sent someone". However we were not there to recieve the person so I doubt anything was done because the smell persisted the duration of our stay. It should also be noted that the appt gets extremely hot especially in the morning as the sun faces the building directly. I would not book this place in the summer - honestly wouldn't book it regardless as the price does not justify the cleanliness and distance from the city center. Don't get me wrong it's a bargain but seemingly has some other shady things happening in the same building as the whole thing is marked as shared appt flats with unclean spaces, cigarette butts everywhere and walls with paint falling off. I don't want to be harsh but this was unfortunately the reality and it needs some major renovations to be able to called a "hotel".
