Floor of a historic villa 59 m², 3 extra bedrooms, large spacious kitchen fully furnished, new windows everywhere, very beautiful designer marble bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet, bidet, window. 1 separate second marble room with 2. WC and large vanity. Very large living room. The apartment is prepared for 9 persons. In case of emergency, one more person can be accommodated.

A park-like garden with 100 year old antique lime trees and magnolia, as well as fir trees, wild grapes, flowers and ivy complete the garden with granite stone paved barbecue area. Luxurious driveway with white forged automatic gate system and granite paving stones.
Ideal infrastructure: Countless hotels, restaurants, schools, shops of all kinds, doctors, famous Sacre Coeur high school, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

10 minutes walk to the Wienerwald Lake. 5 minutes walk to the Strandbad Pressbaum. 3 minutes on foot to the regional train to Vienna. In 19 minutes you are at the Westbahnhof (U3 and U6, Mariahilfer Straße - Vienna's famous shopping street) or in 12 minutes in Hütteldorf (U4).
