Apartment in a prominent Viennese woodland area, so-called Golden Ring around Vienna near the Wienerwaldsee. Located just a few minutes from Vienna. Garden-side entrance on the ground floor, 70 m². 2 bedrooms, each with 2 windows, a separate dining room, equipped kitchenette with full cookware and dishes, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, a bathroom with shower / vanity and its own washing machine, only for this apartment. Separate toilet inside the apartment. Individual Telekabel connection with new flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi. Large anteroom. 3 double beds, 3 single beds. Suitable for 8 persons. Entrance to the apartment is directly from the garden.

Public parking is available around the house on the street.

This apartment was renovated in January 2019.

Ideal infrastructure: countless hotels, restaurants, all conceivable food shops within walking distance, doctors, famous Sacre Coeur high school, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Pleasant staying

Apartment was pretty good with wide and clean rooms, quite close to train station to Wien. Raisa has been very kind allowing us to enter in the morning and giving us helpful suggestions.

Bella struttura,gestita da un host privato ...la camera molo grande compresa anche di cucina. Purtoppo il bagno era esterno all'appartamento e quindi anche di notte dovevamo uscire . Poi ci siamo accorti ,dopo aver fatto lo shampo a mia figlia ,che non era presente un asciugacapelli...fortunatamente a mio marito è venuta lidea di aaciugarli in macchina con l'aria calda. Altrimenti si sarebbe ammalata essendo sera ed essondo i capelli molto lunghi.. Manca climatizzatore e posto auto privato ma fortunatamente labbiamo trovato in strada

Joyful restful stay in Wien

Raisa was a most accommodating hostess. She met us at the spacious apartment and gave us the tour. Her English was just enough to get us on our way to sightseeing. Very safe corner place. Thank you Raisa!!

Unzumutbarkeit

Diese Wohnung entspricht in keinster Weise der Internetdarstellung. Schimmel in der Kochnische, im angeblichen Wohnzimmer waren 8! Billigstbetten aufgestellt. Im Schlafzimmer waren 3 Betten so aufgestellt, dass der baufälige Kleiderschrank nicht zu öffnen war. Im sog. Esszimmer (Durchgangszimmer) war ein verschmutzter Tisch mit billigen Stühlen, auf dem Schrank standen übereinander Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Die einfachsten Nischen mit Toilette, Dusche und Waschmaschine waren ebenfalls nicht zu nutzen. Aus diesen Gründen haben wir die Wohnung auch nicht bezogen. In Pressbaum und auch im Nachbarort war bekannt, dass Mieter diese Wohnung nicht beziehen wollten, da die Mängel zu gravierend sind. Ich habe eine Bitte: nehmen Sie dieses Objekt aus ihrem Angebot. Es ist wirklich unzumutbar, auch die Vermieterin nicht kooperativ

Alles in allem ist Wien eine wunderschöne Stadt, aber nie wieder diese Unterkunft.

Die Wohnung war die reinste Katastrophe, teilweise schmutzig, Ameisen im Speisesaal und Bad. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht den wahren Begebenheiten, 6 Betten im WZ, 3 Betten im SZ, zuwenig Geschirr und Töpfe, kein Spülstopfen im Becken, Stereoanlage defekt, TV funktionierte erst nach Hantier. Der Hausmeister und seine Frau waren sehr nett und bemüht, der deutschen Sprache jedoch nicht mächtig.

Pessimo appartamento

Appartamento molto al di sotto delle aspettative,cucina inesistente...il soggiorno che si vede in foto,in realtà e'un camerone con solo letti. Pulizia scarsa e per loro rinnovata nel 2019,significa una dipintura di bianco alla buona. Statene lontani.
