"Negative experience with security. They were very slow to respond to loud jumping upstairs at 630 am. He was very unprofessional and condescending. They had very minimal celiac friendly food options and staff was not well trained. We had to order out a bunch. Overall it was not what we thought staying at the Westin would be. We won’t be going back. "

"It’s was decent for the price. Staff was very judgmental except one nice lady in the mornings. Beds are not comfortable. The fire alarm went off at 4:30 am out of no where. Again you get what you pay for. "

"I loved the Lagonita Lodge. The location was great, right by the lake. Rooms were clean and quiet. The room was a complete apartment with all the amenities. I just wished the check out on the weekends was at 12 noon like the other days, especially since the rate is higher in the weekends. "
