"Great stay! The host was super accommodating and let us check in early. The house was well-stocked with all the essentials—towels, blankets, toiletries, utensils, and condiments. It’s about 1.5 miles from the festival, so expect a short drive with some traffic. Ubers were tough to find after the event, but private drivers are an option for like 50. The house and backyard are spacious and comfortable! A great spot for a group. Would recommend!"

"Well appointed home with a very welcoming vibe as soon as we walked in the door. The kitchen had all new appliances and was perfect for our stay. The home is in a residential area but is tucked in behind a security gate that backs up to a golf course. The managers were very punctual in responding to any questions or concerns we had. "

"The house and location are good. Beware of the false advertising. You get no access to the garage. There is a second Casita in your driveway that could be rented by other people while you’re there. The pool is freezing cold, and they only tell you once you check in that it’s $150 per day to heat it. The only way to get the hot tub turned on and off is to call the property manager and have them do it remotely. It took about three hours to get it up to temp on the first car. The house itself is great other than a few weird things. No wastebasket in any of the bedrooms or bathrooms. No manual on how to use the TV or any of the appliance. We waited like 15 minutes on the line with the property manager to try and figure out how to turn on the electric cooktop, but fortunately found a video on YouTube eventually. The outdoor barbecue is in poor condition, and was not strong enough to work well on a windy night, which is common there. The communication with the property manager was excellent, but you really shouldn’t have to contact them so much. They leave a really nice welcome package with some swag, and things to get you through a few days. Not sure if I would stay there again in hot weather, because the pool situation Is such an impact on the pricing?"
