"Overall we had a great weekend. As I read in other reviews before I booked, there was a problem with pervious guest and the pool heat. It wasn't heated upon arrival for them, I asked host if this issue has been resolved, he said yes, and we had the same issue. We were refunded the first day heating fee. The jacuzzi jets weren't working until next day when a service person had to come out. When we tried to reach host in the middle of the night due to smoke detector waking the whole house up, we were only getting AI responses, very frustrating. We were refunded first night fee. The house was clean, big, fun and us 5 couples had a great weekend."

"This spot is a gem in the desert. It is like staying in another world--calming, serene and peaceful. We picked the hotel out of the list on Hotels.com and expected the usual. Instead, we felt we had been transported to a French boutique hotel in a most unusual setting. Rvery other guest we spoke with expressed the same degree of wonder and ultimate satisfaction with the Chateau. It's a soul-restoring experience--one we will definitely return to."

"Night one, room one. Room was dirty. Kitchen sink did not work. No utensils in the kitchenette. TV only worked with lights on. However still did not work. Woke up with a flat tire. Night two. They gave us a new room. Tv worked but only of yohbstood in the corner of the room to use the remote. As they mounted the reciever behind the tv on the wall. Full kitchen, still not one single utensil. The pool and hot tub while large were dirty and was turning green. They price gauged us because of a concert weekend charging $500 for 2 nights. For a room that shouldnt rent for more the 50, and i only say 50 because it has a kitchenettes. It won't let me upload the photos turning green. "

"My stay was top notch. From the checking in, cleanliness of my room and the room layout was great. It wasn't just a rectangle room. I charged my car while sleeping. Everything was great."

"The stay wasn't too bad. We did find some dead roaches behind the bed, and it seems like they were dead for awhile. I hope they do a deep clean and get rid of them. Also the tv didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal. Some people complained about the mildew smell, but honestly, once you turned on the AC, and have the room cool, you don't notice smell. The AC worked fine, minus it being loud, but you learned how to tuned it out. The fridge in the room was nice and worked perfectly, and so was the microwave! The bathroom was actually nice, the water pressure for the shower was good! The staffs were nice, and parking small. Overall, it was a place to sleep, so it wasn't too bad. "
