"It's clean and well maintained. Right next to 475. My room was on the side opposite the highway, and I was not bothered by noise. Parking is sufficient. The air conditioner was surprisingly quiet. The fan is the bathroom is loud, though. It is hard to get into from southbound Secor. There's no left turn lane. Better to go down past the Texas Roadhouse and come around that way. Breakfast is OK. A little bit of those "omelets" and sausage, bread, and a couple types of cereal. They had a waffle iron; I didn't use it."

"Smooth check in and check out. Clean rooms and a decent pool area. Nice outside patio with seating. Beds were comfortable. Ample onsite parking. Sits a ways back from the main road so it was quiet. Breakfast was yummy and while small, it had a good variety for everyone age."

"The pool was closed when we got there. We were offered a full refund, but we needed a place to stay for just one night. The hallway smelled horrible, like smoke and unclean. The room itself was clean enough, but there was a pack of cigarettes in the room, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The lock on the door was a little flimsy. Probably would not stay here again."

"Do not stay here!! There is a "gentlemen's club" next door. Cars in the parking lot had broken windows. Looked like someone trying to break into them. In the 24 minutes we were there, we saw at least 3 very questionable people who I'm guessing worked at the gentleman's club. After checking in and walking to the room, I walked back to the front desk, turned in my room keys, and left. Did not get my refund for the $100 it cost me, but that's a sacrifice I was willing to make. Avoid this hotel. Stay in a different neighborhood. Also, the Google Street view is diceving. It looks clean and well maintained. No idea when that was recorded but it definitely does not look like that now."

"The hotel has a really fun, funky, upscale-yet-approachable aesthetic to it that fits well for the location. The furniture and furnishings fit well within the aesthetic but they are very "tired" and could stand to be replaced. The limited menu at The Heights was surprising given the recommendations we received to visit there; nevertheless, the pizza was outstanding and the beverage offerings were plentiful. Our breakfast at the BRIM restaurant was delicious, too, and the hostess was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. The hotel graciously extended our check out time upon request so that we could enjoy our breakfast and not be rushed. The hotel's location is picturesque with great views of the Maumee River and the Toledo downtown skyline. We would stay here again."
