Charming motel in all ways! The owners are on-site, and have taken great care in updating. Cute, clean, comfortable beds and wonderfully remodeled bathrooms. A great value and will stay again!

Stayed there on a Saturday night as was working an event on the Sunday. Staff, greeting and all were very polite and accommodating. Thought the room was going to be sub-par, but was pleasantly surprised...clean and seems like it had been recently remodeled. King size bed was comfy, large pillows, clean carpet, no smells and the bathroom was all REAL TILE and upgraded. Towels were clean and smelled fresh too. Only thing would be a bath mat on the floor of the shower, once shampoo drained off, made it a bit slippery. AC worked awesome!!! Temps were in the 80's during the day. Very reasonably priced as well. Quiet surroundings and various restaurants all nearby. I would stay there again if I needed to. Best Motel is surprisingly better than you think

It was good for the price. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower and bath were clean. You check in through a security window which isn't overly friendly but the were very helpful and nice people and gave us water

The owners were so welcoming and friendly! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were there to visit the Toledo Zoo and to attend a concert and the hotel was just a short drive from both of them. Many restaurants and a Starbucks near by. I would definitely stay again!

Not my first stay at this hotel and everything it's exactly what's needed. Staff is polite and very helpful. Room is always clean. Everything is quick, efficient and good. Will be back!

Hotel was easy to locate in a safe and clean neighborhood. Room was exactly what I was looking for (Just an overnight stay). Room was clean and quiet. Hotel was close to gas station and eating establishments. Would recommend for sure.

As always, the room was clean & comfortable; the staff was friendly; and the the stay was relaxing. We've not had an unpleasant experience here. My wife and I stay here nearly every time we visit Toledo.

I stayed here on my way home from a trip. The location was fairly close to the interstate highway. The staff was helpful. The motel is a little dated. Parking right outside the door. The room was exceptionally clean. Especially liked the tiled shower. No breakfast, but a good reasonable restaurant nearby. Would stay here again.

Pretty good stay for a good price

Nice service, kind staff. Room was very clean. Hotel needs some updating but it’s a worth it for the very affordable price. There’s a beautiful park not far from it.

Very enjoyable stay

Truly an excellent stay--outstanding courtesy by kind, accommodating staff. Great comfortable bed. Motel is set back from road, reasonably quiet. Very clean with modern room interior and bathroom. Fridge and microwave. One of my favorite places to stay.
