Very happily surprised. The room was - dare I say - too big? The only issue which wasn’t really an issue is that the kitchen was dirty. The cupboard handles and fronts had greasy dirty hand prints all over so we just wiped the kitchen down before using any of it. Wonderful 5+ star location! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, waterfront. What a lovely evening

The property had no water and no electricity upon arrival. Had to cancel reservation. The upkeep of the property was in great condition. Staff help out the best way that they could under the circumstances. I was able to get a full refund. Me and my wife prayed and hope the electricity and water for plumbing was restored.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, it looks just like the pictures on the internet. The room was amazing, it was clean and the view was out of this world! All of the staff was great but one person named Patrick who worked in the breakfast lounge was the best. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Toledo !

Spacious suite. Furnishings and art quite plain. Very clean room. Windows super dirty-window washers were on site the week we were there but only saw them do 1st floor public windows. Great breakfast. Great gym. Public parking available in nearby garages for $8 a day. No one lives downtown, so it’s pretty empty at night and difficult to find places to eat late and on Sundays. Lobby is not inviting as all seating is short and small-it’s like a dorm room.
