"It was decent, good location. Housekeeping very nice and helpful., Not as advertised, happy hour was a watered down premix in a Dixie cup which I couldn’t even drink. Advertises do on pool deck. There was no DJ there on Saturday when I went up there., after I returned home received a $48 charge on my card. When I called to inquire I finally was able to contact a person after calling 10 times. They were not able to help me, directed me to contact manager who has not responded after 6 days.. "

"The staff was wonderful. Every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The location right on the beach was great, too. The room... not so much. It was dim, with very few lights. There was nowhere to sit except the bed, no desk, no chairs. There was no microwave. One of the elevators was broken, so all the guests trying to go up and down a single one made for long waits. Also, it is a resort hotel, so you have to pay for absolutely everything."

"Very disappointing experience at this Holiday Inn. Be aware that if you book through Expedia, they will still charge you an extra “property fee” when you arrive, which was never clearly explained during the reservation process. It feels very misleading. The front desk staff were also not friendly at all and acted like helping guests was a problem. I was told that parking was included, but later I was charged extra for parking anyway. I was also informed that breakfast was included, only to find out later that it actually wasn’t. Between the hidden fees, the incorrect information about parking and breakfast, and the poor attitude from the front desk staff, this was a very frustrating stay. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
