"Welcome was done vs it was done to others! the geyser for hot water didnt work - discomfort to shower with cold water. when I mentioned - the staff said I cannot do much. I am a volunteer. "

"They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel."

"Our experience was unpleasant, toilet in our tent was stinky and smelly. We changed our tent but we faced same problem in the other tent. Staff was rude with our driver and in addition to this the food they served was cold and it wasn’t fresh. Bedding was dirty and had stains on….im really sorry to give this review as I’ve no intention in ruining your business but I believe in genuine feedback and here’s mine."

"We had an amazing time at the camp. Food was great, the accommodations were clean, cozy, and comfortable. The entertainment provided by local group of singers and dancers was well done. We also took part in the camel ride activity and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. I wish I could upload pictures of Badshah, our camel and Kamal his driver. "

"We looked forward to this trip. The people are nice and the property situated well. They had a camal safari, local entertainment and then dinner. With only 3 families among 18 camps, we felt a bit empty. A larger group would have made this a better experience. Weather, the location and the experience for one night is worth."

"The tents were terible there was no cleanliness and it was not near to the photo given on app. We did not stay even there. The hotel manager was rude over the phone when i told to cancel the booking and did not return the advance given."

"The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...

"RAAS Chatrasagar stay experience was unique, luxurious and exquisite at the very least. I and my husband went for our anniversary trip here and everything we experienced at the property was perfect. The rooms were super spacious and clean with a lake facing terrace. The pool was heated and it was amazing to be able to take a dip in the winter months. The food is nothing short of class apart!
