"Second time staying at Om shanti residence and was again fantastic. Location is great near to patnem beach and view from the balcony is beautiful. Staff were great too. "

"The accommodation was clean and basic. Air conditioner was provided. Tea and coffee was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was located within a five minute walk. It was in a good location, with stalls and taxis. In the advert the accomadation cottage/ hut looked as though the pool was just outside it. The accommodation was separated from the pool location where you had to cross the road to another building with the pool. The pool water was not clean. Outside the pool area tiles were broken and area needed cleaning. There was no pool bar, just empty and not clean. From the advert it looks as though it is open, clean and very nice. The restraunt is next to the accommodation which provided breakfast, lunch or dinner and drinks at a separate cost. It is in a tranquil location compared to the North. "

"The beach hut was just that - stepped right out onto the beach with fantastic views of the sea. OmShanti is not a luxury hotel but has everything you need and the staff were all fantastic and friendly. Food was all delicious - will definitely be returning"

"Very efficient check in by extremely pleasant lady. The apartment was clean and roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Any small issues or queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the pool was not quite ready for use "
