"Baitong means "green" in Khmer and that truly shows in this hotel/resort. The pictures you see of the Forest Garden Pool is way better in ́person. The staff is great, very nice and polite. I booked the Terrace Garden View, I liked it but I think I should have booked the Pool View instead. I did like the privacy of the terrace, but the room is hidden behind the forest and that is all the view. Still a great room! The buffet breakfast was good. I like the egg station and the noodle soup station. The buffet is a mix of Khmer/Asian/Western options. Location of the hotel is also ideal, very near Independence Monument. Overall I highly recommend."

"The property was being upgraded so the bar and restaurant was moved from roof top to ground floor. This should have been made aware at time of booking that planned work was being carried out. Noise of builders throughout the day especially on a Saturday. Staff were noisy on the floor around 8am when trying to sleep. Hotel was clean, ultra modern and staff were helpful. Great location and well worth the money. Would recommend now work has been completed"
