Perfect Choice for Incheon-Bucheon
I can't say enough about how great this hotel is. The rooms (2 guest) are a little narrow, however they more than make up for it with the friendlessness the receptionists give off. The free breakfast is buffet style and the dining room is always PACKED so they have 4 cooks constantly sending out fresh food. The location is a perfect 1 minute walk from Bupyeong station (take the escalator straight across the street it's easier than the stairs which you have to walk through the underground shopping mall first) which makes it perfect to go anywhere in Seoul you want. Location wise, it's close to American food (Burger King, McDonald's, KFC, Outback Steakhouse) as well as Korean, Viet, Thai, and Burmese. Most restaurants closest are Burmese food since it is in "Little Myanmar" but venture out a little and there is a lot of choices. The underground shopping mall next to it has a lot of options depending on the season and a whole floor of food choices. My only negative would be if you get housekeeping cleaning you are essentially kicked out of your room all day, so it may be best to opt out of it, unless you already have a full schedule for the day. Overall this is not a 2* hotel I would say it's definitely 3* with a great price. Would recommend!

I stayed 4 nights in September. Only positives in my view except that Seoul station is a 45 minutes train drive away. Efficient room and bathroom design. Comfi bed. Good air conditioning.system. Fridge. I had room 2315 on the 23rd floor. Very quiet. Asian breakfast is included in the price. Simple but I really loved it. Self laundry available on the ground floor. Great staff. Good English spoken. Train station in front of the hotel with shopping mall integrated. Plenty of convenient stores and grocery shop in the shopping mall (Lotte). Easy connection to Incheon with the line 2 and the airport express train. 1 hour. 45 minutes to get to Seoul station using line 1. Using the KakaoMap app is highly recommended as Google Maps does not provide good information in Korea unfortunately. At less than $50 a night I found the hotel to be really great value.

LOVED this hotel!
This hotel really exceeded my expectations! The single room was small but totally adequate. Clothes drying line in the shower was something I've never seen before and didn't need, but was a nice feature! I wish breakfast was offered a little later into the morning (7:30-9am only), but offering breakfast and coffee was so nice! Also the hotel lobby has beer/soju and toiletries at reasonable prices. It is SO CLOSE to the train station and tons of stuff in town you can walk to.

We were expecting the Incheon airport bus since a few bags were with us. The front of Tokoyo Inn has many pigeons and is dirty. Not many good restaurants and Lotte Mart's food court food was not good and pretty dirty and old. I'll try different location Tokoyo Inn next time.

I had a great experience staying at this property. Excellent service and professional staffs specially at the reception. All went smoothly from check in to check out. I would highly recommend this hotel. Location wise it’s very close to subway. Price is reasonable and small yet tidy rooms. breakfast was great too.

지하철역과 가까운 방엔 지하철이 지나다니는 소리와 골프치는 소리가 나요! 신경쓰이는 분들은 역과 반대쪽 방으로 선택하세요! 조식이 든든하구 맛있어요. 매일 다른 한식메뉴로 준비되어서 매일 아침 맛있게 먹었어요! 역과 가깝고, 지구대도 앞에 있어서 안심하고 지냈습니다! 화장실에서 물 내리면 하수구 냄새가 날 수 있는데 문 열어두고 환기시키면 금방 빠져요!

Very near to Bupyeong station on Incheon line 1, underground Modooll mall and many nice restaurants. Next to Lotte Mart. Complimentary breakfast - simple but delicious food.

Great hotel if you can find it!
Summary: A new, clean, and nonsmoking hotel that is hidden, but comfortable and great for the price point <$50/night. Details: Not in most GPS databases and nkk ok one has heard of the hotel or the address (!), so even the taxi driver got lost. Don’t try to take the subway and go at night—take a taxi and hope for the best. It’s virtually impossible to find unless you have been there. The rooms and building are new and clean, and rooms are truly non-smoking. Hardwood floors are nice and there are a few hangers for your clothes, but no closet, or place to store luggage. Big comfortable bed. Fast wifi. But the rooms have no chairs or table (just a long counter), so you need to stand and eat. The bathroom is Korean/Chinese style—the shower and the toilet are literally not separated. A shower will clean the toilet so that is why they provide slippers. Seems like a way to save space in a small room. Staff speaks English well and will call a taxi or help you get around. A great bonus! I recommend you spend a half day walking and acclimating. There are three convenience stores within 10 minutes, an Illy Espresso bar and a local coffee shop with great lattes, and a local expresso bar within a five minute walk (the espresso bar is next door). Restaurants are about 15 minutes towards the station or in the opposite direction. Bottom Line: I’d stay again if in the area.

Good location, great facility, good for money value with all-you-can eat breakfast! We stayed for 4 nights, even though we didn't ask for daily room cleaning, they provided us with new towels, tea bags and toiletries everyday, very thoughtful!!
