Fantastic location. About 2 mins from a subway station and a few mins walk to the main Gangnam area. The hotel does lack some character as it was very plain. Also some of the rooms including ours did not have any view outside the windows. Staff were great and we had our rooms cleaned every day.

Cleanest hotel ever.

What else would anyone ask for hotel for this great price except being clean but O'cloud hotel has lot more; nice comfortable spacious bed, extremely clean and close to everything and has a room safe too. Definitely I will come back here for next visit to Gangnam.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and the staff were warm and welcoming upon our arrival. They were incredibly helpful when we had issues with the room facilities and wasted no time sending maintenance to resolve the issue or offering to move our room. I will definitely be planning on staying here again upon future visits to the city

Don’t do it

Here’s a more polished version: Pros: • Conveniently located near a subway station, shopping, and dining options. • Features a small kitchenette, which can be useful for extended stays (though it lacks basic items like bowls and utensils). Cons: • Ongoing construction is incredibly loud, making sleep nearly impossible. With the AC turned off for the cooler months, the only option is to open the windows—letting in all the noise. Our room was directly across from the site, and the work often started as early as 4-5 a.m., continuing until 8-10 p.m. One night, there was roadwork (including jackhammering) until 1 a.m.—no exaggeration. • The front desk staff was uncooperative, making us go through hotels.com just to change rooms. When we finally moved to the other side of the building, we were instead subjected to noise from loud, intoxicated people late into the night (especially on weekends, though weekdays were somewhat quieter). • Although there is a washer on-site, there is no dryer, so you’ll need to visit a coin laundry about 10 minutes away. • One front desk staff member was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, seemingly intent on refusing any requests to make her job easier. However, the other staff members were pleasant. Conclusion: Avoid staying here.

レストランは去年の滞在時もやっていなかったので、全て朝食は付かないプランかと思います。 部屋の広さやサービス等満足しています。 フロントは韓国語、英語での対応です。 金浦空港から電車、仁川空港の場合バスでのアクセスがとても便利です。 またぜひ宿泊したいです。
