"The place was very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable and host communication was great. Everything was perfect except for the checkout counter personnel. She was just sitting and not willing to help. I asked her I'm checking out and her response was the finger pointing at kiosk. To make sure I asked her " kiosk"? And again she pointed at kiosk. I began to wonder why is she sitting there? Anyway, make the long story short, the stay was wonderful except for the check out process. It would have been 5 stars if she didn't ruin my day."

"Beautiful hotel next to the airport with lot of amenities. The only improvements I would recommend is to the rooms. They feel a little old with bathrooms that need some renovations and carpet that may need replacing. I recommend this hotel if looking for a place to stay close to the airport. "

"Great hotel! Room was huge, luxurious and super comfortable! Less than 5 minutes from Incheon airport with free shuttle. We missed the last shuttle and had to take a taxi to the hotel and cost us only KRW7,000. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at this hotel which is located close to Inchon airport. Even Though they have airport shuttle service we took a taxi since we have to wait for about 30 minutes. I hope the run their airport shuttle bust to terminal 2 more often as they to to terminal 1. Good location, clean rooms with good amenities. There are many restaurants on the site and also many eateries at food corner. They do have Korean JJimgilbang but this was on renovation so we could not use. The staff were excellent and were ready to help before we are asking. I would stay again this hotel before going to other parts of Korea insteadof going to the city of Seoul after long flight."
