"Breakfast was average. Cooked breakfast was poor for the price. Pleasant staff and OK facilities. Little bit out from the centre. Ca 1km. Felt like hotel was for American tourists who were flown into to Schipol"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Really close to the North Station, just a couple of minutes walk. Made it really easy to get into the centre. The food court area at the main station was great, we had a little one with us and had dinner there most nights, lots of great food options. Hotel was clean, of a good standard and staff were all really friendly - would recommend and stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay!! Great location. Beautiful view from our room. Spacious room and felt refreshing to have all that space which is luxury in Europe. Staff was the best part of the hotel. They were kind, happy, and always eager to help. Unfortunately, two days in a row the hotel elevators were not working. The staff tried their best to have the elevators repaired at the earliest. The staff went above and beyond to compensate for this unfortunate event. They were super helpful. To make our stay comfortable they offered free breakfast for that morning. Breakfast was delicious and was a nice spread. We would totally come back to this hotel when we return to Amsterdam. One of the best hotels in Europe! "
