You have a piece of paper as your room key card and a separate QR code for the lift. The plug socket in the bathroom didn’t work, there are no plug sockets near the kitchen which means boiling the kettle in the hall, no cutlery or kitchen items provided despite there being a kitchen and no bin. It is fine for a few days but not a holiday hotel"
