The property was a smart home, everything was perfect, immaculately clean, technology in the property is amazing. Check-in process was very fast, property is near everything, walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for 6 adults and very spacious. We walked into our room in awe. The view from each o the rooms were amazing. Loved looking out through the huge windows to the beach and ocean views. Each of the rooms had so much space, especially the master bedroom. It was a tad chilly, so we didn't use the air conditioning, but the room temperatures were nice and warm. We would love to return to Busan again in the future, especially during warmer months to enjoy the beach and will definitely want to return to New CZ. Highly recommend staying here and getting an ocean view room.

Very clean room. However, AC system and water temperature were not working for both my friend’s and our room. This eventually was fixed but nonetheless, a nuisance. Location and price made it a 3.5 star. There is essentially no ocean view unless you dine at their upstairs restaurant. The washer/dryer in the rooms was not operational.
