The hotel was safe and clean with amazing views! Only downside was a lot of the restaurants nearby closed earlier than we are use to so we had to eat dinner at the CU a few times. However the free breakfast was always a great way to start our mornings!

Positives: Fantastic view of the beach from 8th floor. Amazing sunrise. Hotel in good location close to buses and the green railway with a free breakfast. Negatives: cleanliness, there was a lot of hair in the room from prior guests. No toilet roll provided and due to language barrier unable to request some. The free breakfast was ok. It would be nice to have more traditional korean options. For those thinking to stay it was: fried eggs, sweet bread, croissant with butter and jam, lettice, ham, tomato, burger cheese slices, apple, pineapple, yoghurt and cornflakes. Staff didnt seem friendly.

Our first room when we checked in was seemingly nice and roomy, however as we were settling in we noticed that the bathroom counter had obviously not been cleaned, the mirror also had specks from the previous guests. We got another room and while it was better, the overall condition of the hotel is one that lacks upkeep and cleanliness. For example, cracked tiles, dirty grout, dead flies in the lobby. The staff were not friendly and even hung up on the partner after he called down to request something. The only good thing about the hotel was the location seemed good (didn’t get to explore much because we were both extremely sick for the duration of our whole stay). We would definitely warn people to book somewhere else if staying in Busan.
