We a family of four stay in a family suite for 5 nights. We found the room quite large, clean and comfortable. The location was convenient with bus stop across and subway 1 minute walk away. Breakfast was good with only Korean food on offer. I would recommend this hotel.

The very helpful staff and reasonable price more than make up for the not so desirable room design and the one or two ommissions related to cleaning of my room. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for hotels in Busan.

A hidden gem

Great room with an amazing bathroom. Very comfortable at a surprisingly low price. Bit of a walk from the station. Maybe a taxi or metro would have been good.

Great staff! Comfortable stay!

For the price we booked at, this place was a bargain! Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed and free waters and toiletries replenished everyday, what more could I need! During our stay, we had an incident, and the front desk employee really went above and beyond to help us with our situation, even though it did not involve the hotel at all. We really appreciated her help and her kindness!

Love this hotel, stayed in for 2 days and is a very comfortable one.The only downside is that Early check in start at 2pm with additional 10000won charges each hours. However, it worth the early check in as I fly in with midnight flight. This hotel is highly recommended. front desk is friendly even tho we don’t speak same language. Nice room, spacious and clean.

Huge room, exactly as advertised

We had a fantastic stay in City Hotel, near to Choryang subway, convenience stores were stone's throw away. Room looks exactly what was advertised. Huge, plenty of space for our luggage and backpacks. Came with 4 fluffy pillows and medium firm mattress. Lighting controls at the bedside. There is a ramp to the hotel for luggage/wheelchair users.

It is a nice hotel, however, subway doesn't have escalators nor elevators. It made a difficulty when I move bags. There are good restaurants and markets near the hotel.

Our family of 4 (with a 10 year old and 14 year old) stayed 4 nights during March 2024. The room was spacious and the bathroom felt very luxurious; the shower and separate tub are large. The cleaning staff was amazing and kept the room very tidy. I found that the futon on the floor was difficult to sleep on for my forty-something year old back. It was easy to ask front desk for an additional futon. The hotel is walkable to Busan station with nearby restaurants. This was convenient for us as we used the Busan City tour bus (purchasable by Klook) to travel the city, and this bus leaves from Busan station.

Great hotel!

Great hotel near the Busan main station. A quick 10-15 min walk. Don’t be fooled by the cheap price- the hotel is quite luxurious! The rooms have a small fridge and a water kettle and our room even had a deep soaking bathtub! Free Wi-Fi in each room and even in the lobby. There is a convenience store across the street that has go to foods and anything else you might need. The front desk staff speaks English so it was easy to communicate. We asked for an early check in and it only cost $13! Cheap and fulfilling breakfast can be included in room price or you can purchase a la carte if preferred. Self print station in the lobby for any printing needs- airline boarding passes, train tickets etc. Taxis are easily hailed right in the front of hotel. Highly recommend to short or long stays!
