"Stayed at Harrah’s Atlantic City and had a mixed experience. The positives first—the property itself was clean, and our room was also clean, which I always appreciate. The casino was a lot of fun and had a great energy. Unfortunately, the stay was really impacted by the room we had in the Coastal Tower. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything going on around you—and the doors slam incredibly loud. It honestly sounded like someone was trying to break into the room at times, which made it really hard to relax or get any sleep. If you’re going just for the casino and nightlife, it’s a solid spot. But if you’re expecting a quiet, comfortable place to sleep, I’d strongly reconsider the Coastal Tower or request a different room."

"The jacuzzi in the tower had so much chlorine that it discolored our swimsuits. The manager at Bogota did not even have the courtesy to come out and speak to us. They blamed it on the spa manager and directed us to go there. Called spa and no answer."
