"The hotel was fine but I cut my stay early and left after one night because it’s impossible to sleep. There is a nightclub on site that plays music loudly until 3am. I can’t undertake why they have this - completely goes against the hotels positioning as a luxury boutique relaxing experience. Management refused to given me a refund for the night I didn’t stay. The gym and spas is also non existent (two treadmills in a tiny room) and the service is as basic. "

"Great staff, can hear the traffic, though, clean and nice decor. Could use some work. It's a bit further from the Zócalo than most tours like. Hard to find using navigation as it takes you to the opposite side of Cristobal Colón. I enjoyed myself "

"The suite was nice and clean staff were very friendly. One thing to mention was in a full kitchen there wasn’t any cutlery or glasses. Not even a single cup. After pleading with the staff they did finally get us a couple glasses. I believe they should at least supply a couple glasses for the bathroom and to have a sip of Wine😬 Other than that it was great. Breakfast was excellent at the restaurant. "
