Icmeler City Center Hotels

"We visited this hotel 4 years ago and it was perfect so we returned. Not the same story this time. Staff were all new and hardly any could speak English. We hoped to enjoy the all inclusive food and drinks as we did previously but these are now very poor. Cold food and salad ranges were very good but the hot choices were terrible. Very little choice, had no taste and was never hot. The drinks available were beer, wine, gin, vodka and brandy, though there was a shortage of vodka so this was temporarily unavailable. Staff had no knowledge of how to make cocktails with what they had available, and couldn’t understand what we asked for. We asked several times if we could speak to the manager to discuss getting local spirits, as stated in the hotel description, but she refused to leave her office to speak to us. We received a lot of help from Fatima, the lovely guest relations lady, but she could only do so much as the rude manager was unhelpful to her also. Suleyman the head barman also tried to help but again, was unable to provide the drinks we asked for due to management not cooperating. Other guests in the hotel had been asking for other things with no success. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a perfect location. All staff try to help when they can but the new manager leaves a lot to be desired "

"Our stay was amazing, the beach is right in front of the hotel, multiple restaurants all around. The room was also pretty good for 4 of us, there was a small issue with the air conditioner but it was fixed immediately. Overall, would visit this hotel again. "

"When we first arrived got brought a mocktail before even checking in. Staff are so amazing and your never left with an empty glass. The animation team are brilliant at their job always getting everyone involved and making it a good atmosphere! Rooms are so open space and very clean. The house keepers are amazing and put petals on your bed and make love hearts out of towels. All round an amazing place to stay. Is everything you need on the resort. "

"At the beginning of June I stayed at Elite World Marmaris. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is spotless and so lovely. The food including breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as the snack bar were all great & there were so many options. The views from the beach are stunning also. I’d highly recommend staying here. "

"The apartments are in the centre of the village near to everything. The beach is 5 mins walk the village centre the same. Close to all bars and restaurants. The staff are amazing and so friendly . Wonderful family atmosphere. Will be back next year "
