Nice centrally located hotel

Short break stayed at Almena City. Pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Only negative was the hairdryer The pool is perfect depth for short people.

Excellent location, there is a bus stop next to hotel so you can directly go to city centre or coach station. You can also walk city centre by walk on 20 minutes. One negative thing: instead of margarin, butter should be given at the breakfast. Overall, i would stay again

We visited in August 2023. The hotel was fantastic in terms of location. From Dalaman airport it took 1hour 40 minutes. We were literally a five minute walk from the sea front. The breakfast options were wonderful and we greatly enjoyed it. Although there was WiFi in the lobby area, it would have been useful to have access to WiFi in the rooms. The city view room that we had had a balcony view of the city which was lovely, however the Almena Pub below us was rather loud and the night times were difficult until we become accustomed to the volume of the music.

When we arrived the staff member was really nice he took our cases to our room we we’re booked in for bread and breakfast but there was no hot food we had boiled egg and watermelon was so disappointed with it

Konum ve çalışanlar harikaydı

Otel çalışanları gayet güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlılardı. Otelden ayrılırken bile kapıdan yolcu ettiler. Konumun mükemmel her yere çok yakın. Temizlik konusunda çok tereddüt etmiştik kendi çarşaflarımızı götürdük altı gün de çok büyük problemler yaşamadık. Bir kere asansörde kaldım bu en büyük sorunu olabilir. Haricinde genel olarak çok memnun kaldık bir daha tercih ederim.

Yanlış tercih yapmışım yanıldım.

Ben 4 kişilik oda olarak rezervasyon yapmıştım otele geldiğimizde 3 kişilik oda olduğunu gördüm, yetkiliye söylediğimde bu odalara bu şekilde ilave yatak atıyoruz dedi ve attılar, odada ayak basacak yer kalmadı komple yatakta geziyorduk, temizlik çok kötü otel çok eski ve yıpranmış her yerde hamam böcekleri var televizyon çalışmıyor, klimanın kumandası çok kötü haldeydi.

Odada bulunan Klima aşırı sesliydi. Otelde bulunan asansör tek kişilik kadar küçüktü. Asansörde kaldık ve alarma basmamıza rağmen kimsenin ilgisini çekmedi. Otele dair tek güzel şey konumunun iyi olmasıydı. Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir yer.

29 Mayıs 1 gece konakladım oda temizdi fakat kahvaltıda patates kızartması soğuk yumurtalar sanki dünden kalmış gibi soğuktu. üstelik aşçısı bana sen müşterimisin dedi evet dedim buyur kahvaltı alabilirsin diye üsluple konuşması beni rahatsız etti.
