Good hotel

Hotel right next to the beach. Food good for an all inclusive. Drinks very good... We only had beer but it was Turburg and served in nice glasses inside. Room and shower good. Adults only so quiet. For the price we paid it was very good

Lovely hotel, room very clean, staff very helpful, only downside no English to channels, could do with updating the tv to smart tvs so people can log into Netflix etc for kids, apart from that would defo return here

Very clean hotel, slightly set back so not mega loud. The staff really were superb in all departments. Only criticism is that the food is average / just about passable. But if you know this in advance and manage your expectations then this is an all round good value for money all inclusive hotel.

I am very pleased with the hotel in general. It is a very nice hotel in terms of staff, cleanliness and location. Are there any shortcomings? Of course there are, but not enough to cause a problem. We stayed on the second floor and the cleanliness was really good. The food was of acceptable taste, there were many varieties from meat döner to grilled fish. I can recommend it with peace of mind.

We only stayed one night so can only comment based on this. Our rooms were clean, basic toiletries were provided. The pool area was clean with padded sun beds. The bar is very basic, but this is a very inexpensive hotel so you can’t complain, We didn’t eat at dinner, we did have a basic breakfast of fresh fruit, jam, bread and coffee. Eggs etc. were available. The staff were super friendly, would I want to stay here for a whole holiday- no, Location is great; you are minutes from the beach and bars

VERY PLEASANTLY SUPRİSED

After reading the terrible reviews about this hotel we were very hesitant about our stay. However we were greeted very cheerfully by the manager and given an immediate upgrade to a sea view room. The hotel was spacious and very nicely furnished. We were also allowed to go to the bar even though we were early. The bar hosted Tuborg Summer Beer on draught so that was a big plus. The lovely young lady on the bar was very chatty and helpful. No it is not on the beach but it is very close. We were also suprised by the food. Yes there was a small choice but it was plentiful. The deserts were not to our taste but maybe others would enjoy them. There was plenty of meat dishes and outside the grill was on too. There was also fish the second night. Really for the price we paid we were very happy. The staff were lovely especially Emri and the lovely girl on the bar. Very pleased!!!

Great choice for hotel

Spur of the moment to stay in Icmeler. Fab choice we made. Hotel in great location, room lovely, sea view balcony and all inclusive all for the amazing price of £60 for the 2 of us for I night (stayed 2 in the end). Lovely staff and very helpful and polite. Location good for shopping, beach, restaurants and bars. Picture from balcony

Lovely hotel

The Hotel couldn’t do enough for us. Food was good on the whole. Limited but good quality. It is a shame that there were only a handful of people in a big hotel. So can’t blame the hotel for making limited food.

Property is old and poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. Given all inclusive includes alcohol, many guests are rowdy all day round. Pool is very small and it is not possible to get away from the rowdiness. There is nothing refined about the place - service, food, facilities and atmosphere are all poor

Havuz beklediğimizdan küçük geldi. Ve havuz için sabahtan(07.30) havlunuzu şezlonglara koymanız gerekli. Temizlik iyi sayılırdı ama tuvalatler çok temiz gelmedi duş yerinün duvarı vs. Yedek olarak dolap içerisinde yorgan olması gerekirdi. Plaja yakınlığı gayet iyi ama plajda otele ait şezlonglar azdı sezondan kaynaklı biz hep yer bulduk ama kalabalık sezon olsa zor olabilirdi. Yemeklerde güzeldi ama çeşitlilik az geldi. Bina da eski klimalar vs çok bişi beklemeden gelin . Otelle havalimanı uzaktı. Onun dışında çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Öncelikle otel personelinin güleryüzlü ve anlayışlı olmasından dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Fakat beklentilerimizin altında kalan bir tatil deneyimimiz oldu. Otele geldiğimiz ilk an asansörün çalışmadığı söylendi ikinci gün biri yapıldı ama bir kere kullandık asla güvende hissetmedik kendimizi ve binmedik. Odamızın kliması yeterli olarak soğutmuyordu odayı. Yemeklerin lezzetini hiç beğenmedik çoğu zaman sadece yemek için yedik. Çay bardakaları çok sararmıştı,çaylarımızı karton bardakta içtik. Odalara sadece ilk girişte su veriliyor tekrar istediğimizde damacanadan almamız gerektiği söylendi. Ortak plajda köşeye sıkışmış çok az sayıda sezlong vardı ve yeterli sayıda değildi.

Çift olarak 2 gece konakladık. Rezervasyonumuz standart oda şeklindeydi. Bize verilen oda ise otel inisiyatifiyle deniz manzaralı ancak çok küçük bir odaydı. 2 kişi bir yana dursun 1 kişinin bile valizini koyabileceği uygun bir ortam yoktu maalesef. Zaten otel denizin dibinde olduğu ve yaz mevsimi sebebiyle vaktimizin çoğunu deniz veya havuzda geçirdiğimiz için odanın balkonundan denizi görüp görmemek bizim için çok önemli değildi. Bunun yerine odada konforlu bir şekilde valizimi açabilmeyi tercih ederdim. Oda ve otelin temizliği iyi düzeydeydi. Yalnızca odadaki klozetin kapağında muhtemelen eski misafirlerden kalan bir leke vardı, temiz olsa da insanı rahatsız eden bir durumdu. Asansörler eski ancak çalışıyordu. Çalışanlar genel olarak güzel yüzlü ve işini severek yapan insanlara benziyorlar. Özellikle bar ve restoran çalışanları çok kibarlar. Otel her şey dahil konseptte ancak bunu 24 saat olarak düşünmeyin. Saat 23.00 olduğunda maalesef su almak için bile ekstra çaba göstermeniz gerekiyor. Tüm bunlarla birlikte otele girdiğinizde size verilen kağıtta Türk kahvesi veya taze sıkılmış portakal suyu gibi erişimin çok kolay olduğu içecek türlerinin ekstra ücretli olduğu bilgisi yer alıyor. Yabancı alkolleri anlayabilirim ama Türk kahvesinin ücretli olmasını çözemedim? Yemekler idare eder düzeyde denebilir. Çok çeşitli değildi ama lezzetleri nispeten iyiydi. Kahvaltı mutlaka geliştirilmeli. Maalesef tekrar tercih etmeyi düşündüğüm bir otel değil.
