Akyaka is a less well known to the Brits destination in Türkiye. From the moment we arrived at this hotel we received a warm welcome, staff were cheerful and very helpful. This is a beautiful family run hotel in stunning surroundings with pool, and food and drink service. Opposite the hotel are several restaurants on the Azmak River serving mostly fresh fish and a range of mezze. You can even eat with your feet in the river! Central Akyaka is about 15-20 mins walk away. There are beaches and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The beaches are very safe for children, one of them has plenty of sun loungers to hire (get there early on the weekend). Several boat trips take place from the harbour and at one end of the cove there are kite surfers. It was busy when we visited because the Turkish people were taking their summer holidays but the natural beauty of the coast and mountain backdrop has been carefully preserved and there are no high rise developments or large hotels here. Out of season I imagine it is even more wonderful. We hope to visit again!

We stayed in a comfort room. That being said the name implies comfort however room was smaller than expected. There was the smell of foot odour coming from the shaggy rug and the lounge had the smell of body odour, to which laying a sheet helped a little. The minbar in the room didnt cool down much. We were told we would receive two bottles of water and two soda water -we only received the waters. We asked for extra coffee satches they were not left although when we asked for a pod coffee maker that was provided with the pods but no milk. The restaurant staff were GREAT, especially Emre! The reviews said fantastic Turkish breakfast it was pretty average mostly extras to charge for. Parking is problematic. All in all an ok stay. The only reason for 4 stars was the staff.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. We were given a room upgrade but the room was still quiet small with limited storage space. Lovely breakfast..our waitress was delightful. Great quiet pool area. Easy check in and check out. About a 20 minute walk into town. Would recommend.

Really great hotel in a perfect spot of Akyaka. Brilliant breakfast and nice peaceful pool. The restaurants over the road are really nice (one you can dip your feet in the water) and a nice 15 minute walk to the beach and town. Couldn’t recommend enough.

From check in to check out everything was so relaxed All staff so helpful. Amazing views and rooms clean and comfortable. Huge balcony and enjoyed sitting on there till late into the night.

Gorgeous property, great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Villa Marine consists of a series of rooms in different levels up the side of the hill overlooking the river (there are some very cute riverside restaurants just in front of it) - the property is lush, with many flowers and has a gorgeous pool and restaurant (with a great included breakfast). The room we had was very nice and comfortable, with a small balcony and a side view down to the water. Great value for money, nice staff, and parking was included as well. Hope to stay again!

Karşılama ve ilgi çok güzeldi. Otel havuzu temizdi. Bahçesi ve otelin dış kullanım alanları ağaçlıklar içinde, doğayla iç içe bir ortam sunuyor. Sadece bize verilen odadan çok memnun kalamadık. Belki de oda içi mobilyalar, yatak ve banyonun araç gereçlerinde iyileştirmeler yapılırsa her şey çok daha güzel olabilirdi.
