Room was small but functional. Bathroom nicely recently decorated. Walls are thin - est plug recommended if your neighbours like to chat at 5am.

A short walk from the bus station, very very friendly and accommodating staff and a nice view of the bay from our room! A lovely time would definitely go back.

Beachside & Budget friendly
We spent 9 wonderful nights in this practical, clean and ideally-located budget hotel option, directly opposite the beautiful Figueretas beach. In terms of luxury, you get what you pay for, so don't expect 5 star however the rooms are clean, modern and spacious with small terraces, free WiFi and exceptional staff. Plenty of food options around, ample on street parking and a 12 minute walk to Ibiza old town makes this excellent value for money.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. They were knowledgeable and able yo help you book activities at a discounted rate. The rooms were nice with air conditioning and a nice balcony to enjoy the view from. We got to overlook the old ibiza town. It was less then a minute walk to the beach and was surrounded by restaurants with a market across the street so staying stocked on snacks and water was so so easy. The store also carried mix and liquor. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Highly recommend
Wonderful friendly service. Felt like being part of the family. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The only problem I had was the noise from others in the rooms near to me and the traffic noise. It would be really helpful if all rooms had a fridge and a safe that was large enough to fit in a laptop. Parking in the area is an issue and sometimes you had to park 15 min walk away

Great Ibiza Experience!
Location is great, the vibe of the area adds to the Ibiza experience. Room was big and added to a relaxing down time after experiencing the city. One thing to note, there was construction going on during the day above the 7th floor. Not sure how long the noise will continue.

My room was tiny with a bed against an angled wall which got in the way of my feet which hung off the end of the bed. Pillows and matress were very uncomfortable. The worst part was the way that noise comes into the room from the corridors just outside the room,even from the ground floor reception all the way up. And if like me you are unlucky to have room neighbours who talk loudly, don't plan on getting any sleep.

Very nice
The hotel is lovely and very near to the beach and to facilities like supermarkets and taxi station. There is no breakfast but some automatic machines are handy. Bars and restaurants are nearby so it’s not a big problem. The rooms are very clean and cleaned everyday.. the hair dried is available from reception at request

The elevator was out during check in and check out (but it worked at other times of the day). We had to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor. One reason we picked this hotel was because of the elevator. When we checked in the front elevator was broken, we did not know that there was a back elevator. It was working, the Italian woman at the front desk did not tell us about it. A room attendant did, later. When we checked out two days later both elevators were broken. They were working at other times of the day. It made for an unpleasant arrival and departure.

Brilliant Staff - Poor Building
This does what it says on the tin. The staff are a delight - they are amazingly helpful and really do take care of you. The staff score is 5/5 BUT ... we got trapped in the lift which kept breaking down (which was so slow as to be virtually unusable + we were on the 8th floor) and had to force the doors apart to get out; the pool was having 'maintenance' done; we didn't get our room cleaned one day. There were power cables visible above the sink too. Breakfast was perfectly fine - nice and simple and served to 11 which was greatly appreciated! Sadly, the building is well past its use by date and needs replaced.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THIS IS YOUR FINAL WARNING. The online pictures are false; the rooms are dirty and laying on the beds felt like laying on concrete. We found pubic hair in the sink and the toilet TV and fan were not working. We were not offered a different room. IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR VACATION on hard earned money you made DO NOT STAY HERE !

NO AIR CON, nice location.
The rooms have NO AIR CON! that's unbelievable for a room that I spent almost £200. And believe me, in August you NEED IT. The fan provided was nearly not working at all. The area was good, 15 min walking distance from the historic area aprox, next to a beach which is nice but during the night when you want to open the windows because the lack of air inside, you have the loud noice from the beach parties and entertainment.

Great location, but uncomfortable place.
The amazing feature about this hotel was the proximity to the beach (half block), to a supermarket and restaurants. The big drawback is the lack of airconditioning; our stay was in late June, and fortunately for one night, because it was really hot in the room. I can't imagine how it would be in July or August! Another thing was the tap water; undrinkable, tasted horrible. Also, our room was quite small.

The location of the hotel and the pool was great. However when we first arrived there at 23.30, our booking was not on their list. Instead of straight away booking us another room (they had available rooms) the man at the reception made us call some strange number in the middle of the night and booking it through them. This whole ordeal took about an hour alltogether and had us panicking thinking we won’t have anywhere to sleep tonight, not so great to be two young girls left on the street in Ibiza. Luckily they had a room available but the receptionist did not actually say that before we asked a couple of times. He just shook his head and said ”no, no” making it seem like the booking was not there and there was no chance for us to stay.

My Single bed Room was smaller than my home's bathroom and the room furniture, bed and equipment looked like it was purchased from a flea market. Give your guest the courtesy of normal pillows and comfortable bed for a good night sleep and last but not the least put in AC or something better than a plastic 8" fan to beat the summer heat. I dreaded going back into the horrendous room. Will never recommend to anyone :(

It's a no frills basic hotel 1 min from the beach
If you are looking for a no frills, clean, basic hotel, this is for you. Pros: 1 min from the beach, 5 mins from Formentera ferry, 15 mins from the Old Town, close to restaurants/bars, rooftop pool. Cons: no A/C.
