"Always stay here when attending spark arena as in good walking distance. But when returned from concert all the doors to get to the lift were locked so had to find stairs to be able to get back to our room! Should have a key swipe to get back in for the elevator. Not good if you struggle with stairs. You also now have to pay a safety deposit which in all my years staying here have never had to do in the past so another thing to look out for"
