"Hello,I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share some feedback from our recent stay at your property.Overall, the property itself is beautiful and we really enjoyed the space. However, we did run into a few issues that impacted our experience:The water softener alarm went off due to low salt. We called three times to report this, but unfortunately no one came to address it during our stay.The bathtub in the master bathroom could not be used because there was no way to plug the drain.The vacuum did not work, which made it difficult for us to clean the floors as thoroughly as we would have liked. We also did report that it was not working when we called about the water softener.The outdoor areas appeared quite dirty upon arrival, with a significant amount of dead bugs and pollen on the furniture. We weren’t sure if it had been cleaned prior to our stay.We wanted to bring these items to your attention so they can be addressed for future guests.Thank you for your time. "Unfortunately the pool was not available being it was before Memorial Day. But the rest of the property was amazing. Very nicely appointed and a great grill for our group of 20. "

"It was the perfect home for our family to gather together for a weekend. All 7 adults and one dog loved our time there! Beautiful grounds, great fire pit, super location on the lake and the room configuration was perfect for our adult children and their spouses to have privacy but great family time! We hope to go back next year!"

"The house is beautiful and has wonderful amenities and outdoor spaces. We loved how well appointed the kitchen is. We had everything we needed to make large holiday meals for the family. The host was so sweet and attentive, even put up a beautiful tree for my family to enjoy for Christmas. We hope to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the lake more."
