"This property was nice and worked well for our family that included 3 small children they enjoyed the game room and a TV in every room. The house was very clean and close to the lake. The covered boat dock was convenient to the condo and such a nice addition to keep your boat on the property. The only complaint we had was when we got the information for check in and out, they stated trash would be picked up. But upon arrival on the fridge there was a notice stating that trash had to be taken to the recycle area in Mineral down the road over 3 miles away. When you are cleaning up to leave there is always some trash and having to take it with you or go to the dump again. I just think this information needs to be clear in the rental agreement."

"The property was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. It is very close (walking distance) to great restaurants and pub. The proximity to the lake was terrific. The lake views are partially blocked by trees, but still has a view of the lake. My only complaint would be that renters are responsible for all trash removal and the dump area is several miles away!! For the "fees" associated with the rental, the trash should be handled by the cleaning staff."

"We booked a last minute trip during the week. Accommodations were great for our extended family adventure and priced well. Plenty of room and sleeping space. The dock and outdoor areas were wonderful. We would rent this home again.Only request from us would have been a backup propane tank, but we did not really search during our stay."
