"The property was nice. We were there right after a major storm that impacted the entire area. The property management team was fabulous- and very professional. There was exterior damage (gutters, fascia boards were missing), but they never let that affect us. I’ve worked with Dan and his team before; I always feel assured if I have a question or issue he will respond quickly and professionally."

"This house was amazing and our large family enjoyed all of the variety of amenities. The dock area was by the far the best dock we have had but I fortunately there was no cleats to tie up the boat we rented and had to make due with some long ropes, buoys and items we brought with us . The downstairs has lots of beds but it was shared with only two bathrooms. Some of the dressers were not in the best of shape. The two master bedrooms upstairs were incredible. Overall it was a great lake trip and we would stay in this house again."

"Wonderful house and so many games to entertain (pool table, table tennis, darts, arcade game, foosball, shuttle board to name a few) when not in the lake, pool, or hot tub. Design of the house allows families to gather and enjoy family time. Hope to come back!"

"This property is magnificent. The house is spacious, well decorated and above all, very clean. The furniture is comfortable with a well thought out arrangement. The master bed is very comfortable and the master bath goes well beyond expectations. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and is laid out well. Our favorite outdoor space is the screen room overlooking the lake. It is also spacious with very comfortable furniture. The host (Kara) could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We canceled another reservation we had for next year and replaced it with Kara's house. If I can sum up everything in one word it would be outstanding!!"

"The house was generally clean however the toilet in the master br was not clean and honestly could used replacing. The build-in microwave is broken and the refrigerator freezes most items IN THE FRIDGE so theres issues with that as well. The ceiling fan in the dining room sounds like its going to drop off the ceiling and the light is completely broken off. The boat house has lots of ripped screens on it with tape holding up alot of it. There is one really old and ugly table and two even worse chairs that no one could even sit on because of how dirty they were. The side patio was also unusable due to how old and dirty the little bit of furniture there was in it. In the master BR there is a second single bed in there and next to that on the carpet there is what looks like pee stains. The front walk is also unusable because the bushes are overgrown hanging over the path and that edging along the grass along the walk way makes that walkway to the front door unusable."

"Rarely is a rental better than the pictures, but this one was. We booked last minute and fully expected the house to be a step or two below the pictures but it was actually better. Pleasantly surprised and big new fans of Lake Anna."

"Pictures don't do this house justice, the home is serene and stocked for every scenario. We loved watching the families of deer and seeing the little fawns. The hosts are great and responsive with any questions. Looking forward to our next stay!"
