"Oh my god the things this hotel and their staff done to make my mums trip the best she’s ever had, and we’ve done vegas lol! She said it was her best and favourite holiday and the best hotel she’s ever stayed in. They went so so so far above and beyond. Their location was amazing, they said they couldn’t compliment the staff enough. The breakfasts were gorgeous and I cannot thank them enough for what they done. She’s come back with a smile. "Hotel was beautiful, staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The beds were amazingly comfortable I wish it was my own bed. Location of the hotel was just further from what we wanted to do like not walkable to anything but easily a short cab ride away. "

"We were very pleased, kind, helpful staff, and a good central location. A modest problem with the shower, in that the water did not drain well. We used the squeegie provided. I didn't mind in part because it would be a big job to fix the problem, tear out the shower floor and ramp it more so that the water would flow down to the drain."
