The hotel does not provide hand lotion which is generally available at most of the hotels I have visited till date.

The property itself was great. The staff were super lovely and the room was very nice and appeared to be recently renovated. Unfortunately nowhere did I read online that Venice beach has a large homeless population and it feels unsafe and unclean (lots of spray paint, garbage etc.). I was really shocked at the surroundings and will not return here for this reason.

The room was run down and needed a re-model

The staff were beyond professional and courteous. Unreasonable Hospitality (for those that read the book).

I was in LA for a day and needed somewhere safe, reasonably priced and in a convenient location to the things I was in town for. The AC hotel definitely met all of my criteria. My room was clean and had a decent amount of space. It had all the amenities that I needed in the room and a great view! The staff made the check in process very good for me and allowed me a late checkout. I will say valet is a bit pricey as it’s $60/night but that may be average around the LA area. The hotel is also undergoing some relocations so that is something to keep in mind if you care. I would definitely stay here again
