"Images do not match house. All walls were OSB. no blinds on many of the windows. only the bathroom has blinds. Zero building permits were pulled per local building inspector. Load bearing beam in garage not properly supported. Spindles on balcony over 4" apart which is a code violation. Stair risers were inconstant in height. No smoke detectors installed in any of the bedrooms and not linked or hardwired together. Missing outlet covers with some bate wires exposed. Outlet for washing machine not GFCI circuit. While we were out snowmobiling the toilet water tank leaked and water ran down to garage floor. Owner falsely filed an insurance claim against VRBO. Garbage disposal leaked which is when we found moldy towels under the kitchen sink. Overall the experience was disappointing and made us feel unsafe. We have images of all the above items of needed. "
